Contact support@playpaloma.app for help with Paloma: Conversation Cards. Paloma is operated by SRW Growth Management LLC.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Paloma version, what you tried and any message shown. For a question concern, include the collection and question identifier or wording you want reviewed. Do not send passwords, app credentials, payment details, identity documents or private conversations. Replies may arrive from an iCloud address.

What does Plus include?

Free access includes ten starter questions each in Couples, Long Distance and Friends. Plus unlocks the rest of the reviewed catalog, including Married and Intimate, and fresh AI questions without a fixed daily per-subscriber question quota.

Fresh questions need internet access, an active subscription and your separate AI-sharing permission. Generation can pause temporarily for quality checks, rate limits, service capacity, maintenance or abuse prevention. The app explains when a request is unavailable or pending. You can continue with available reviewed cards. Unlimited access does not guarantee that every generated question is unique.

What is sent for AI questions?

Version 1.0.1 asks for your permission to send fresh-question requests to Anthropic for generation and quality and safety checks. Earlier app versions continue to send their AI requests to OpenAI. An old OpenAI permission does not authorize Anthropic sharing. After you agree to the applicable provider, Paloma sends your collection, question depth or mood, and selected topic brief with writing instructions. A continuation may include up to ten earlier generated questions from that provider to reduce repetition. Paloma does not record or send the answers you say aloud. You can stop future AI sharing in Privacy. See the privacy notice for provider retention and the separate recent-question identifiers sent only to Paloma.

How do ratings help?

Thumbs up and down are saved on your iPhone. When rating sharing is available, a separate optional choice lets you send deliberate ratings to help improve questions. Declining keeps them local. You can change or remove a thumb. Stop sharing in Privacy to clear queued changes and request deletion of shared ratings; unfinished deletion stays pending and retries. A shared rating does not include your spoken answer or turn on other learning choices.

How do I manage a subscription?

Use your Apple subscription settings. See Apple's cancellation instructions. For a refund, use Apple's refund process. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel billing. Restore a purchase through Paloma to restore eligible access; this does not restore deleted Paloma history.

How do I delete data or make a privacy request?

Use Delete my Paloma data in Paloma for local and applicable service cleanup. If a step cannot finish, the app shows that it is pending. Email support@playpaloma.app for access, correction, deletion questions or a privacy concern. You do not have to delete your data to raise a concern. We may need a safe way to verify control of the relevant information; never send app credentials by email.

What stays on my phone?

Saved questions and sets, revisit dates, manual topic exclusions and preferences stay on your iPhone. Paloma does not synchronize conversation history across devices. Optional reminders use iPhone notifications; a saved revisit date alone does not schedule one. Sharing a question sends only the content you deliberately choose through the iPhone share sheet.

Does Paloma verify my age?

Paloma does not ask for a birth date, identity document or age-verification check. The App Store displays its content rating and applies Apple's account controls. Every question is optional; skip one if it does not suit you or the conversation.

I am testing through TestFlight

TestFlight purchases are test transactions, not charged production subscriptions. Beta services may be temporarily unavailable while testing. Apple shares beta crash and usage information and feedback you choose to provide under Apple's TestFlight terms.
