Paloma app terms

Effective October 1, 2026. Paloma: Conversation Cards is operated by SRW Growth Management LLC. Contact support@playpaloma.app.

The app uses Apple's Standard License Agreement. These terms describe Paloma's connected services and subscriptions. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Using Paloma

Paloma provides conversation questions. Skip any question that does not fit. Participation is optional. Do not pressure someone into answering, violate their privacy or use the service to request prohibited content. Paloma is not therapy, diagnosis or professional advice and does not predict relationship outcomes. Paloma does not record your spoken conversations or require an age-verification check; Apple's content rating and account controls apply separately.

Free access includes ten starter questions each in Couples, Long Distance and Friends. Paloma Plus adds the rest of the reviewed catalog, including Married and Intimate, and fresh AI-generated questions.

Unlimited questions with Plus

Plus includes fresh AI questions without a fixed per-subscriber daily question quota. AI requires internet access, an active subscription, your separate AI-sharing permission and an available service. You can keep using reviewed questions if you decline AI sharing.

Unlimited access does not guarantee that every question will be unique or suitable, or that generation is continuously available. Requests are checked for quality and safety. Temporary rate limits, service-wide capacity or spending safeguards, maintenance and abuse prevention can pause new generation. Automated scraping, resale of service access and deliberate circumvention of safeguards are not permitted. The app explains when a request is unavailable or still pending. Available reviewed cards remain usable during temporary generation interruptions.

Skip or report a question that does not fit. We may pause a generation path while investigating a problem. Ratings help question review but do not guarantee that every suggestion will match your preferences.

Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

The configured U.S. Paloma Plus price is $6.99 per month. Apple shows the actual localized price and terms before purchase. Eligible subscribers may receive a three-day free trial; eligibility and availability are determined by Apple.

The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your account according to the purchase confirmation and renewal terms. Cancel or manage renewal in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting Paloma or its data does not cancel billing. See Apple subscription management.

Restoring a valid purchase restores subscription access where supported. It does not recreate deleted saved questions, preferences or other Paloma history. Refund requests follow Apple's refund process and applicable law. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by law.

TestFlight purchases use Apple's test environment and do not create a charged production subscription. A later App Store subscription follows its own purchase confirmation. See Apple's TestFlight terms.

Information and service changes

You retain applicable rights in information you lawfully provide. Paloma processes ratings, reports and support information for the purposes in the privacy notice. Do not submit information you lack authority to share. Optional AI and rating choices are separate.

We may update the app and these terms to reflect service changes. Material changes will be explained in the app or updated notices as appropriate, with any notice, consent or cancellation rights required by applicable law. Changes do not remove rights for an existing purchase. Contact us about an unresolved service problem.

Apple's Standard License Agreement governs the app license and its applicable terms. Nothing in these service terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from raising a dispute through a process available under applicable law.
